Dear Stallholder and/or vendor,
 

The Alexandra Blossom Festival Committee would like to invite you to register your interest in being a Stallholder and/or Vendor at the Contact Energy Saturday in the Park event as part of the Contact Alexandra Blossom Festival 2025.

There are approximately 200 sites available on a ‘first-come, first-served’ booking basis.

Each site has a 4m frontage. If you require more space than this, you will need to book more than one site.
Contact Energy Saturday in the Park will finish at 5pm

Stall site general information for 2025:

 

  • Community Clubs - Local sports groups and non-profit charitable groups – proof must be provided.
     
  • Arts and Crafts – handmade arts, crafts and clothing, etc.
     
  • Food and Beverage -   Food Trucks and catering vans welcomed. Please indicate your required space.
     
  • Commercial Trades – GST registered businesses.

Please Note: Due to problems with damage and loss of hired equipment i.e. trestle tables, gazebos and chairs, the organisers will not be supplying any hire gear this year. As an exhibitor, you are expected to provide your own chairs, tables and tents.

Information Sheet – Please take the time to read the information sheet before filling in the booking form.

Please Note: Sandwich boards in front of stalls are permitted but please ensure these are not in the way of other stall holders or pedestrians.

All stallholders are responsible for the removal of their own rubbish. Recycle bins for glass, plastic and cardboard will be provided. We encourage all vendors to actively recycle all waste.

  • Food and Beverage - Food Trucks and catering vans welcomed. Please indicate your required space.

  • IMPORTANT - Suppliers of Alcohol.
The Blossom Festival is currently applying for one license to cover all providers.

If unsuccessful, we will inform you of the process to apply for a special license and include a $50 discount on your site fees. Full payment will be due the 1st of August 2025.
